MOVE-IN SPECIALS & DETAILS

1.  Deposit The standard deposit required for move-in is $400 for a 1 BDRM, $450 for a 2 BDRM, and $500 for a 3 BDRM.   Additional Deposits may be required, depending on your credit score.  Additional Pet Deposit is $350 for the first pet and $125 for a second pet (2 pets maximum).  Ask about our Corporate Rates.  One (1) Gate Remote is provided per apartment, an additional $30 deposit required for additional remotes. 2.  Rents/Lease Terms Visit the Floorplans page of this website for applicable rental fees and more detailed descriptions of our communities amenities and features.  We offer flexible lease terms; 6 months, and 12 month leases available. Additional Rent Premiums * Additional monthly premiums may apply. 3.
